Formerly part of the bankrupt Reading Outlet Center that sat abandoned for years. This area is the commercial heart of Northeast Reading and was completely vacant until Shuman Development Group created a neighborhood revitalization plan in 2006. Over the next decade, Shuman Development Group revitalized this area into what it is now the most vibrant commercial area in the City of Reading.
