Reading Outlet Center (ROC) #4 This former Reading Outlet Center building totaling 42,000 square feet was purchased in November 2010 with major renovations starting immediately and completed in 2011. This total project cost is over $3,000,000 and will result in the further revitalization of the former 640,000 square feet Reading Outlet Center site.
